It pretty fair to say that my clients don't normally include Alternative models, not because I don't want to work with them, but just perhaps my style of photography is very soft, feminine as well as quite light and airy, not immediately fitting with the Alt scene. When the opportunity presented itself to work with the beautiful Nina, I wasn't going to say no. I think its really important as a photographer, to put yourself in different situations and challenge yourself - its the only way we lear more technically and grow as creatives.
We did a mixture of lingerie (something else I don't normally shoot) as well as general portraiture and experimented with a few different techniques and tools for different effects in the images. Have a look through, I would love to know what you think!
