In the latest update from the UK Government, we received the roadmap out of restrictions. These are to be lifted gradually in stages, with weddings starting again in March!
While the suggested dates and guest numbers are subject to change, it does give us all some idea of how things will unfold going forward.
8th March - 6 guests (ceremony only) 12th April - 15 guests 17th May - 30 guests 21st June - no limit on guests and no restrictions in place!
Weddings and receptions must be held at a premises that is permitted to be open, such a registry office, dedicated venue or a hotel. Unfortunately they cannot take place at private homes or gardens.
If you have a wedding booking with me before the 21st of June, I will be in touch with you over the next few days.
In the meantime, if you are considering postponing, please get in touch with your suppliers to check availability before you postpone so that we can work together to accommodate any date changes.
Unfortunately this news won’t be exactly what we all hoped for, but at least there is a light at the end of this very long tunnel!
